Cooking, Wine and Dine Melbourne is a fun conference event and cooking class. There are two fabulous menus to choose from:
Classic Italian menu
Start with gorgonzola frittata and pork meatballs with tomato salsa.
Then enjoy handmade pumpkin-filled ravioli with sage butter.
Main course is veal with pine nuts and an orange and radicchio salad.
Finish with luscious tiramisu to complete the meal.
Classic Sicilian menu
Start with arancini and cauliflower fritters.
Then enjoy handmade pasta with pistachio pesto.
Main courses include swordfish with roasted tomato sauce, plus eggplant parmigiana.
Finish with ricotta and orange filled cannoli.
