The tour will explore the beautiful Melbourne arcades, lanes and alleys to enjoy tastings at Ganache Chocolate and Gewürzhaus Spice Store, Maxims Bakery and Spring Street Grocer for authentic farmhouse cheeses.
Guests will then arrive at Pastuso restaurant in AC/DC Lane, where they will be welcomed with Peru’s national cocktail, the pisco sour.
Chef Alejandro Saravia has created a menu which takes each guest on a journey to discover the beautiful food culture of Peru’s coastal regions, the Andes and the jungles.

Ruby red snapper cured in lemon juice with caramelised sweet potato and cancha
Beef loin and fish skewers with grilled vegetables, huacatay and aji amarillo sauce
1/2 chicken smoked and roasted served with a traditional aji amarillo and huacatay salsa
Grilled butter beans with sugar snaps, snow peas, turnips and Peruvian olives.
Fried cassava chips with spicy rocoto mayonnaise
One pisco sour cocktail plus one glass of wine is included for each guest.

LOCATION - This event is held in Melbourne’s CBD and runs for approximately 3 hours. This tour is on foot. We recommend guests wear comfortable shoes and dress according to the weather on the day.
