Our long-term relationship with Chef Alejandro Saravia and his team at Pastuso enables us s to provide an exclusive, full-service event of a tailor-made multi course meal of signature dishes
We will work closely with the chefs and sommeliers to ensure this event is customised to meet your needs, creating a list of perfectly matched cocktails, wine and food. The host for each dining event will also be carefully chosen to enhance your event.
Chef Alejandro will create a menu that takes each guest on a journey to discover the beautiful food culture of Peru’s coastal regions, the Andes and the jungles on this Pastuso Dining Experience.
Hosted in the Private Dining Room that is adorned on one side with a unique wine collection, the room is sophisticated, elegant and stylish.

Wendy also has also had regular slots on 3AW and shared her down-to-earth food expertise on Radio National, The Project, A Current Affair and Today Tonight.
SEBASTIAN REABURN – has won Australian Bartender of the Year and made the top 10 of Bartender Magazine’s Most Influential List. He writes widely on the subject and has recently added distilling to his CV as the creator of Anther Gin (awarded Champion Gin Australia 2018).
RICHARD CORNISH – a senior writer for The Age Epicure and SMH Good Living and has co-written four books on Spanish food with MoVida chef Frank Camorra and consults to the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
