One of the things I’ve always loved about being involved in food is that there is no way you can know everything. Which means there’s more to learn each day. And more to share with you in each edition of MFE Food News.
This week we travel through time to meet a 19th Century chef described as the Jamie Oliver of his day, and take a 3D tour of a Scottish distillery founded in 1775.
