Team Bonding with Cocktails and Dining
Get your group together and enjoy cocktails and dining at some of the Melbourne’s best food destinations and cocktail bars.
This team bonding activity is hosted by an expert food guide and begins with a visit to Boilermaker House for one of their signature cocktails, matched with delicious snacks.
Then we head to Chinatown, learning a little about the history, people and food culture of this unique precinct.
We’ll make a pit stop at the Union Electric Bar, tucked away off Little Bourke Street, to enjoy their famous Lola cocktail.
Finally, we settle into Annam restaurant for delicious team dining with chef Jerry Mai’s amazing four courses of Vietnamese food.
We start with Hanoi style grilled sardines, sarsaparilla braised ox tail dumplings and cuttlefish with prickly ash.
This is followed by spicy chicken larb, plus lamb ribs with caramel. The main course is fish grilled in banana leaf with a papaya salad.
Finally, we finish this fabulous meal with a selection of Jerry’s famous desserts.
Includes 2 glasses of wine per person.
