The Italian Team Cooking Challenge
Food is always a wonderful team bonding activity, but especially when it is an Italian team cooking challenge.
Join food expert Pauline Leonard in this fun cooking class celebrating the very best of Italian food and culture. Team will all get hands-on to create a four course meal of antipasti, fresh pasta, main course and dessert.
Once completed everyone will sit down to share all of the beautiful food they have prepared. And, of course, there are prizes for the best cooks on the day!

Eggplant involtini with roasted capsicum, pesto and ricotta
Tomato tartlets with cheese & olives
Pumpkin and gorgonzola frittata
Handmade ravioli filled with ricotta and pumpkin
Swordfish with roasted tomato sauce
Baby red peppers with ricotta and olives
Potatoes baked with lemon and pepper
Orange and radicchio salad
Cooking, travelling and teaching have been Pauline Leonard's passions for many years. Her philosophy is that cooking classes should be fun and entertaining, provide a challenge and introduce new skills.
COST - $165pp - minimum 20 guests.
Price includes complete venue hire, chefs, assistants and ingredients. Plus, aprons to wear while cooking.
LOCATION - This event is held in Melbourne’s CBD and runs for approximately 3 – 4 hours.
