The Asian Team Cooking Challenge is perfect for groups to get together in a fun environment and have an interactive foodie experience.
Join chef Ha Nguyen in this fun cooking class celebrating the very best of Asian food and culture. You will get hands-on instructions and experience and can be divided into teams ready to prepare dishes from a variety of Asian country or just from one. This is dependent on numbers, The choice is yours!

- Chả giò – Spring rolls – Vegetarian or Pork
- Goi Cuon – Fresh Rice Paper Rolls, Nuoc Cham – Fish sauce dip

- Bo La Lot – Beef in betel leaf

- Banh xeo – Saigon pancake and stuffings

Great cooking party with fresh herbs, vegetables and choice of meats and seafood dishes. Most dishes will have elements such as fresh herbs, fish sauce, shrimp paste, curry paste, coconut cream, rice, chilli spices.
